Would you consider bubbletalk to be a language? It's certainly almost unintelligible to anyone who hasn't been taught it... Maybe Duo here could help you learn it?

*recently, duolingo has added a new feature where you could learn to bubbletalk and understand it more clearly! I didn't believe it at first cause it's something that seems like it shouldn't be a thing, so I decided to sign up for lessons... and what's really shocking is that you actually have to go meet with Duo himself to do this, so the next day we set up a meeting spot by a lake...Duo was already there and I come 10 minutes later*

(Yeah it was cute! Fun fact, I've never used duolingo in my life...but if this whole bubbletalk was a real feature, I'd do it...and im sure a ton of other people would, it would get popular fast I think lol)
