During his betime, Gus can reach dreamland. and most of times, he dreams with happy things and silly nonsense stuff that's normal for a 4yo. But sometimes, there's the deep dreams, that acted more like memories. Not memories of what he did today,.. deep memories...
This one, He's still at the bse, and an adult. And in the celebration of the new year, He called Annie for a dance. Gus was one of the top Safety Tech supervisors, and had all his job done, even being ready for service, while Annie was an oficial zone's doctor/nurse. Both had been really good friends since their early days in the Academy.
They both were alone and the music started playing.
"Hey, let's dance to celebrate it, ANnie."
"Oh, but I, I don't know how to dance, Gus."
"Nah, it's easy. here, let me show you." He said, guiding her through the music, as she stepped on his foot.
"Oops, Sorry, I told you." she said, blushing a bit. only to see Gus smile abit.
"Hehehe, do'nt worry. didn't hurt at all, and if did, i've got a great doctor to make it feel better." He said smiling.
As the dance goes, the morning arrives, and it's clear it's one of the dreams that he didn't wanted to end.
