Yesterday, the President of Russia ordered the introduction of troops into the territory of Ukraine. I wonder how long the leaders of the USA and the EU will flirt with the mafia that has seized power in the country? Don't they understand that it's impossible to negotiate with these bandits? Unfortunately, the people of Russia cannot influence the balance of power in the country (due to fear, inertia or other reasons). Therefore, I would not expect this barbarian to be kicked in the ass from below - it would be more effective if he was knocked on the head with a baton from above. When the Russian oligarchs who took the top 20 of the Forbes list will be allowed to spend the stolen money in Europe, build their homes there and do business, Russia will beat the face of this civilized Jesus. Now there is news that the procedure for freezing the assets of the regime's accomplices is beginning. I hope that such treacherous events can accelerate the opening of the eyes of world politics to what the Russian government is now. If thieves are blocked from protecting their loot by this law and the court, receiving high-quality medical care and education, but then these rats will start thinking about changes. It is a pity that the people of Ukraine had to become these martyrs, whose blood will wash away the veil from the faces of European politicians.

to be fair, the US state department and soros funded student groups overthrew a pro-Russian government and inserted their own chosen pro-US candidate as leader who arrested opposing candidate and silenced media. (They did this twice, so not a democracy.)

Also that Ukraine in NATO would be an existential threat to Russia.  The main goals in warfare being to divide any large country into parts, and Ukraine would give a deep penetration into Russia's southern holdings.  (we did this in civil war, cutting down Mississippi river and through kentucky to georgia. cutting confederation into 3 parts.)

I agree that an important part of any military campaign is cutting off supply routes. The story of Divide in F:NV is just about that heh funny. That's just neither Nato nor Ukraine were going to fight with Russia, where it would be necessary to cut something. If adequate people were at the head of Russia, then an adequate policy would be to be friends with neighbors and other developed countries. I think if Ukraine decided to join NATO, it was only to protect itself from an inadequate neighbor (including for this)

so we, the US, have actively tried to disrupt russian partners over the last 20 years and escalated this in last several years, under globalist presidents, all but Trump.  This is all according to Wolfewitz plan penned in 1990s under Bush Sr and that general running for president in 2004s said was still under effect....and we started going after...namely overthrow all pro-russian allies before they could re-coup from fall of soviet union....aka we overthrew Lybia (WHY?) iraq, attempted to overthrow Syria was next target.  Iran was next.

so its ok when WE overthrow governments, but not Russia on its border, with russian people in their population?

*I* think we should collude with russians over real enem in future, china.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of the domestic and foreign policy of the United States regarding Russia and its allies. Honestly, I don't see any reason why the US should have secretly sabotaged Russia's prosperity. More accurately.. I would not have seen these reasons if our "government" had not crowed on all radio frequencies about militarization - now the Russian leadership is a threat to the world order (I specifically use the word "order" to avoid the word "democracy". Don't be offended ;))
I certainly agree that neither the United States nor Russia nor anyone else has the right to challenge the sovereignty of another country in the 21st century. And the rhetoric in the spirit of "you can, but we can't?" has always caused me rejection. Maybe this is not correct situation, but I remember the phrase Captain America "We dont trade lives"
And yes, I agree that China is now allowing itself too much, penetrating with its tentacles into other countries (Central Asia or Russia). And it's time to give him a stick on the head and remind him where his place is. I'm not entirely sure that Russia and the United States need to unite for this. It's just that every country should protect and value its sovereignty. China is Russia's neighbor and our country can maintain diplomatic and economic relations with China, but not on the terms on which China currently interacts with Siberia, for example. It's more like some kind of Chinese satellite from which Beijing exports resources for pennies and imports goods with a huge profit for itself. This should be stopped. Russia should start taking care of itself and its population - it is not necessary to join military alliances for this. I think it is enough that the population of the country was friends and traded with its neighbors, knew its worth, respected its independence, and was not a source of instability for the whole planet

Guessing you are from Russia.  I'm from US.  Like I said, we've been seriously undermining Russian allies for no real reasons, destabilizing these countries:  Iraq, Libya, and tried to overthrow Syria.  We used soft politics to overthrow Ukraine twice to install last time a chosen pro-US leader via paid student group protests.

It's why some eastern european countries have banned Soros and US state department agenices like Hungary.

Imagine what WE would do if Russia overthrew Mexican government to install pro-Russian leader?

As far as reasons, Russia, like most of Europe, will within maybe 5-10 years be beyond military action of any kind, as their population ages and they don't have enough young people 18-35 yr olds to form an army of any size.
