Saf wanted to doodle the new character, so we have Half-Heart Hair cow-licks (When she had Heart Buns, but that made the design too busy) TIRE Neck and her hair losing form, and drinking liquid rubber to supply herself with a means to reshape it back.
I hope we can have more fun with her in the future~.
