I wanted to make some Gummi villains, but have them be real, more fleshed out villains with reasons to actually stay villains and not get redeemed so easily.

Here we have The Reclaimers. With the dwindling numbers of gummies due to plagues they were ill suited to and the collapse of their peaceful alliance with the humans many fled to new, distant lands, however a few of those who went into hiding had come to the sobering realization that they'd never be able to share the world with the fast breeding and unpredictable humans. Thus they have set out to reclaim the world as their own and reduce the human population to a more manageable size. Calling themselves the True Gummies they have begun to form and send out their teams of Reclaimers to both seek out lost Gummi science and magics while, where they can, sowing death and terror amongst the smaller human settlements they come across.

Tah-li formed and mostly leads this, the first and most successful band of Reclaimers. A fine leader, warrior and tactician she leads her band of stalwart soldiers against the unending hoards of violent, greedy humans as she uses her knowledge of Gummi lore to seek out stashes of lost lore and tech. Patient, dedicated to and caring about her team and kind she is also merciless, aggressive and unforgiving of her opponents, especially other Gummies who've gained fellowship with humans.

Yokki is Tah-li's right hand bear, quiet, observant and capable this bear of few words has proven invaluable to Tah-li in every way. In fact, beyond his strength and fighting ability he's actually a much better tactician, strategist and logistics specialist than Tah-li in every way. She's not just noticed this but sought to promote Yokki to leadership of his own team, however Yokki understands his true weaknesses, he's a terrible orator, often stumbling over every word, unable to bring out the very best in troops the way Tah-li can, so they have instead developed an incredible ability co-ordinate their efforts, often wordlessly exchanging information to allow Tah-li to best lead the team, and without any form of ego or rivalry interfering with their efforts. Yokki's other weakness is his empathy, he finds the things they have to do to the humans repugnant but also understands their terrible necessity. He covers his feelings with a pure berserker's rage but fears this may at some point come as a wedge between himself and his team.

Kelli, well... the best you can say about Kelli is that she's a sociopath, plain and simple. She greatly enjoys the dirty work she and her team do. Stealth, reconnaissance, killing, poisoning, all these deeds bring her joy. But, she's quite intelligent too, knowing full well that overindulging in her joys and slaughter will quickly show her instability and cost her the place she has on the team. She knows she's a monster but understands hear team see themselves as noble heroes trying to save their kind from extinction, not trying to indulge a love of battle and killing. Kelli has begun to pick up on Yokki's empathy and he's begun to notice her lack of it, this has Kelli planning ways to solve the issue that don't bode well for Yokki.

Ric is actually the name of the polearm this bear wields, but he has adopted it as his own. Ric, real name Tanni, was the first to volunteer to become one of Tah-li's Faceless. Faceless are the foot soldiers that make up the bulk of the force, Gummies who've chosen to put on masks and abandon their names to serve as the last line of protectors of their people. Noble, dedicated and skilled he quickly rose up the ranks of the Faceless to become their Decca (leader under the commander). Tah-li promoted him to her command team but instead of returning to his given name he became "Ric" in order to show solidarity to the troops he now commands even after taking off his mask. If Ric had been born in a different community at a different time, say Gummadoon, he would most likely have become a Gummi knight of renown.

Did that show even *have* villain Gummies? I just remember Igthorn and his goons.

Two episodes put the Barbics in a slightly villainous posture but were cleared up too easily.  I feel that in an extinction level event, like the one the Gummis are more or less facing, some would have to turn away from pacifism towards a more A aggressive "survival at any cost" mentality
