hmm. nahcos can be one of two things here. It can be like you say with chips and cheese sauce, but most Mexican places it means chips covered with meat, shredded cheese, sour cream, pico de gio and jalapenos. Both are good. Just make sure you check what you are ordering.

I can picture the Mexican food but did not expect corndogs. I need to try and make them at home but with biscuit dough instead of batter. air fry them. I can also see the sour cream thing. Some people don't like it but I love it. Especially with spicy food. It's a good balance.
