Little is known about Frost. And by little I mean nothing, other than the fact that he exists and goes to Hillside View Elementary & High, just like everyone else from the "main cast" you all know and hopefully love.
What is he? No one knows. Where does he come from? He won't tell. No one has seen his parents, no one knows how he even got into the school in the first place. Whenever shcool's over, he takes off and flies away, who knows where.
He is very, VERY rarely seen outside after school. He's gone to the Kitsune mansion some times before, he's also gone out to grab something tasty to eat with April and Angel, but the constant confused stares he gets are a bit overwhelming.
In the Neon City, avian, reptile, amphibian and piscine species never evovled higher intelligence; these remain the main food source for carnivore species, so an intelligent, winged critter like Frost is not an oddity, it's a singularity.
Feline body shape, canine-like ears and tail, wings, the closest thing he might resemble is that of a little fluffy dragon, one that can breathe lazers, that is, but the lack of scales and prescence of paw pads and a fluffy tail throw that possibility out of the window...
Anyone would naturally find it odd he's not being dissected in a lab.
Then again, most students theorize he came from one.
Is it a failed, OR successful Hyperion experiment, put out in the wild, being constantly monitored?
Is he an alien, trying his best to live a normal life in the Neon City?
Did he escape some underground civilization to see what it was like outside?
No one knows.
All we know is, we must protecc.
