Because I can’t tell how much I love Asterix and Obelix, I tried to express myself by drawing them :D I love the first two live action movies, every comic and all animations about them. And I especially love the 3D animation, „The Mansions of the Gods” :DDD

I've made another sketch in the past, and I couldn't resist to draw them again in my own style. Sometime I’m craving for wholesome things, and they’re perfect candidates for such mood. They really melt my heart.

By the way, I really wanted to make Asterix’s ear like wings more longer XD

Holy crap, haven't seen these two in forever. First time was a sega game, then I looked into the comics from overseas. Pretty neat stuff, and I love the expressiveness drawn here as well!

Omg i didnt know non danes knew much of Asterix and Obelix
theyre my favorite Duo to read from the comics and i loved all the animations with them from the oldest to the newest ones and i loved the live actions (which was shocking to me XD)

Tangentially related: The newest book is actually quite good. Definitely a return to old form after a few that ranged from "kind of meh" to "absolute stinker". The only mild problem is a few french puns that are sadly completely untranslatable so everybody who can't read the original is going to miss out :P.

Love to see them in your style... I've seen them drawn by other french artists in their style, a while back, to celebrate a mile stone (60th anniversary, i think). It was quite interesting too. For those who are curious, they're pretty big in Québec too. During the christmas holydays, every year, it has become a tradition for the cartoons movies to play on tv, since the 80s

I didn't know they were as popular in other countries than France.
