Not sure where I said this, but a lot of the comments already joked about "TiNi Hurt himself in the confusion!" Which could mean he hurt himself by doing horrible things to other people around him. But well, after one snaps out of confusion the HP loss is still there. >_< It doesn't go away if like, I dunno, whatever can Heal Pulse, though though that's a psychic type move, and likely done by Psychic therapists.
