This is a parody cover of the Super Furry Animals' Radiator album. I'm using it for my pet project of vaporwave themed Care Bears songs. Bright Heart Raccoon has diaped up and is going on a stroll.

Funny enough, I was also working on a pic of Bright Heart in a cloth diaper similar to Hugs and Tugs. Ill have to get back to working on it sometime XP
