I forgot to post a funeral about my banned FA account so here it is, just to let everyone know my FA account is banned all because of that stupid fictional character minor bullshit.

THEY TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ME!!!
All my hard earnings and everything, my over 1k watchers, my favorite artists, my friends and my fun activities of posting some new art images.
I was just fine until Furaffinity decided to banned my ass for violating some minor fictional character (which I didn't mean to) from MLP, and that's bullshit!
banning me for something stupid!
I forgot to put "all characters are shown as 18 or older"
I gotten really pissed off about this and I can't stop thinking about it no matter what I do for a pass time.
They ruined everything for me, all i want is to enjoy seeing people liking me creations.
I know i'm with Inkbunny now but...it's just not the same.

Here's the thing. The characters used are not only "aged up" but also looks it too. Cannot say "they're 18 and over" and not make them look like it. That goes especially true for franchise characters. The model you used for Pipsqueak is him as a kid in canon is which why you got banned. Doesn't matter if you use a disclaimer. If you're doing that with OCs, you're tempting fate. Just because it works for one person, doesn't mean it'll work for another. Some stuff is bound to slip through, or maybe they're incredibly lucky. Of course there's some exceptions like pokemon since evolution doesn't mean age.

Example. A while back, a fairly popular artist on this site got banned from FA because he was drawing Tails looking like his canon self in the games despite saying that all characters are 18 and over. He aged up Amy Rose, but kept Tails the same. And the FA mods hit him with the banhammer. Disclaimers doesn't prevent anything. They're just a bunch of words that gives an illusion of protection from mods.

If you have to think "is this acceptable?" then you should not post it. That's a lesson I had to learn.

A few years back, I did cub porn of Cream the Rabbit, but I cropped it out and left nothing but the face showing. If they wanna see the whole thing, click the link in the description. Wanna know what happened? I got suspended a week later for advertising cub porn, which, lets be real, I was doing.

Wanna know why they come down so hard on people that post cub stuff? A little history lesson. Once upon a time FA used to actually allow cub stuff. and they used to work with this company called Alertpay. Alert pay is a money transaction transferance company. People transfer money back and forth and Alertpay takes a portion off. Think Paypal.

Well, Alertpay got scardish and pulled out of FA because they dont wanna be involved with transactions involved child porn (in this case, cub/loli/shota) which prompted the admins to stop allowing cub. This is why Inkbunny blew up. Now with the shinies thing they have, i take it they have someone else that does transactions on that site, and FA is trying VERY desperately not to lose them.

Tl;dr, money is the reason why these punishments are unreasonably harsh to first offenders. They're operating purely off fear and paranoia of losing money.

A few days suspension at max would have been the much better route than outright banning. And no, popularity wont shield them. This pretty popular animator named Diives got banned from FA for doing a lewd animation of Dot from Animaniacs. The admins are scared. as. hell.

SoFurry did this exact thing. Used to allow cub but disallowed it for money reasons. they say it was because of moral reasons, but lets be real. No company ever make a change for a moral reasons. it's either their money got threatened (this is the case with FA), legal reasons, and/or someone or a group of people lit a really big fire under their asses to make them fear for their reputation.
