Biography: First created by Nightmare Moon's magic 1,000 years ago, his original intention is to rule the world with his vampire army. When Celestia banished Nightmare Moon, he's imprisoned inside his coffin. After Nightmare Moon returns, he reawakens to carry out his plan. But the evil in him has been wiped out when Twilight Sparkle and the others defeated Nightmare Moon. As a result, his blood craving has been diminished.
Since then, he seeks answers until his first encounter with Power Colt (who he learned is Rail Spike shortly afterwards). After being defended by the superhero in question (and offered friendship in the long run), Count Eclipse began his pursuit of friendship and will, one day, use that knowledge to become a guardian of the night.
