New Character: Sonnet
Rainy Day Melody, part 5
So, catching up with the backlog of Sonnet imagery. got some simple colored marker art; her hair came out dark from the limitations of the marker colors, but I still think it came out nice. The rest are mostly seated poses but then we got her playing zombie, thanks to news headlines about the fate of the minks in Denmark being euthanized and then bubbling up from their burial site. It is a sad story, and just another awful symptom of this crazy pandemic.

Thank you. I sometimes draw with three toes (and four digit hands) as part of a simplified style that focuses more on other things like apparel and general shape instead of dealing with the difficult task of making more detailed paws. My goal is to be able to tie it all together and be practiced enough that I can maintain a good appearance regardless of whether the character I draw has three digits or more.

It certainly doesn't hurt to shuffle with different styles when the situation calls for it, just don't end up becoming confused which style your character(s) is supposed to have eventually and you'll be ok :P although it is true that I find myself gravitating towards the 3-digits version

how about some of your cub characters in school uniform and tights (and keeping shoeless paws)? They might look cute in it ~
