There's no question Secharik's ever in a tight spot- a refugee from his home country after escaping with his son when he was a small child. Now his son is an adult, and Keisik has grown increasingly frustrated with his father's efforts to corral him. Secharik isn't even seemingly a very good mage, so he lacks the skills to prevent any attempts to scry out his child, and Secharik is constantly a bit paranoid that someone is coming for them. It's all worn him down a bit. What is a father to do?
