The Ventgarden resembles a mobile underwater greenhouse... or even a siphonophore.
Easily one of the largest leviathans, these majestic creatures moves around the water, looking for large enough hydrothermal vents. Once they do find one, they will anchor themselves above a vent, where it will begin harvesting mineral rich water and matures. There's a narrow opening at the top of the bell, which expels excessive water and minerals to maintain the pressure within. It's "mouth" is just wide enough for a person to swim inside.
As time passes, the ventgarden will begin collecting sands that accumulates on the six "coral" branches inside it's bell, where seeds of various marine plant life wound end up. Once that happen, the plants will be able to absorb the minerals the ventgarden collected, and thus protected them from any herbivorous fishes outside. And in return, the plant filter out any heavy metals or gases from the vent below.
A true leviathan...
Even though the observatory itself is not hard to construct, it's not easy to get a sight of sore eyes-- they don't always swim nearby, or even close enough to have a clear view. These leviathans are like sacred animals, majestic creature with wonderful garden life within. If only we could get a closer touch...
