So, I was recently challenged to draw something using an entire ballpoint pen. No sketching in pencil beforehand, no covering over mistakes with whiteout, only the pen, and the piece would only be finished once the ink cartridge was empty. I will admit I cheated a little and used half of an extra pen because the first one ran out of ink just before I was finished.
It's a little rough. Mistakes were definitely made. Human anatomy sucks. Maybe a digital redraw to clean and colorize it?
