Background/History
A Paladin of the Moonlight Order, Lina was one of the best. Fighting demons, exorcizing evil, and protecting citizens was all in a day’s work for her. She was considered very popular with the other women back at the order, however none had the confidence to approach her. This led to a fan club being made in secret where Lina’s admirers would swoon over her.
However this all changed when certain leaders of the Order turned out to be consorting with the very demons that they were supposed to be fighting against. Lina was captured after finding out the truth, and an attempt to possess her with a powerful demon, Azillius, was made. However due to being unprepared the possession failed, and instead Azillius was bound to her paladin’s blade. Due to this being the holy symbol used for her abilities, Lina likewise has lost access to her holy powers and only is able to summon forth dark magics. However each time she uses these abilities, the corruption from Azillius will slowly grow throughout her body.
Lina now fights against the very order she had sworn to serve, fighting against her fellow sisters now possessed by demons. She uses her powers of exorcism in order to free them, but for the one that caused all this she hopes to not show the same mercy.
