Back in March this year (some five or six years ago) I noticed that March had 31 days, and that was exactly the number of matches it would take for a 32-man single elimination tournament... so I hatched an idea to draw two 'mons each day and see who would win in a growth contest of social media and contributions to myself as an artist. I ended up choosing 16 Pokemon and 16 Digimon, and began drawing two of them each day and finding out which one would outgrow the other and move on to the next round of the tournament! I chose them based off personal experience and how cute they would each look as a giant kaiju cutie, so I'm always looking for other contenders in the future!
