"Drying off"

One thing led to another, and now this fish has found themself quite a distance from water. All they can do now is slowly drag across the ground with fins that were never meant to support their weight, and hope they reach the water before they pass out.

As soon as the fish gets their head underwater, they weakly gasp, slowly recovering their strength as water finally flows through their gills again.
