True story: I once ordered one of those 20 McNuggets box one time (when they still offered them), I realised there were only 17 inside it - the cashier refused to reimburse the missing 3 because i had by then left the counter. Since then I always check the nuggets on site when the tray comes - even the little bags of 4.
