This is a picture of Klonoa tied up and helpless by some mysterious but annoying gangsters.
Klonoa was unlucky enough to get captured and tied up by gangsters. They tied his arms behind his back with a rope, tied his ankles together with a rope, then tied another rope around the body. They stole his Wind Ring and put him in an isolated room. Klonoa isn't upset, but is angry and unfazed that he was held prisoner. But still, he hopes for his friends to rescue him.
Klonoa's outfit is the same as his Wii Remake outfit, but his belt is brown instead of grey. He was also known to be voiced by Eric Stitt, which portrays him as a teenager in the English Version instead of the Japanese Version. But some people were uneasy with Klonoa's teenager-like voice, but others like me don't mind.
