This is the rabbit boy Poppy Bellflower who happens to be the big brother of Periwinkle Bellflower and the eldest child of the Bellflower Siblings. However he is in a huge misfortune, he's tied up, tortured and helpless by strange gangsters. Poppy sometimes gets into misfortunes like his younger brother, Dandelion, but either escapes or gets rescued at the end. Poppy being tied up is a homage to the Bellflower Bunnies episode: Inventor Bunnies.
