The little details, like blinking eyes, are superior to many professional animations I've seen. Most forget that, when you blink, the eyes move as well as the eyelids. You captured that.
Cannot comment honestly about the mouth movement, beyond it looking natural, because I didn't have sound. (If there is any sound.)
The swaying motion after movement, depending on the weight of the cloth, is either perfect (for heavier materials) or just sliiiightly exaggerated (for lighter materials).
If this is you working by yourself, I would SERIOUSLY consider applying for work as an animator for a larger production company.
