This is the rabbit boy Periwinkle Bellflower, a character from the Bellflower Bunnies. I've kindly commissioned an DeviantArt artist named Art-2u to do a picture of his outfit I've designed for a soon-to-be project featuring that male character, along with his siblings, his friends and new characters for this project. Periwinkle's outfit in this picture consists of a vermilion bandana, a cerulean blue T-shirt, brown miner gloves, blue green pants with golden lining, a brown belt around the waist with a gold buckle, and light blue sneakers with navy blue laces and lining and teal soles. Periwinkle is also known to be an extremely popular character in the Bellflower Bunnies series, and he first appeared in "Periwinkle and the Full Moon Ball". Ever since that book along with another book called "Family Moving Day" featuring him was made and published across the world, Periwinkle became a fan favourite to many Bellflower Bunnies fans across both North America and Europe.
I don't think he farted, his pants are probably a bit baggy, and yet they should've been less baggy instead. But don't worry, the other pictures show Periwinkle's pants less baggy.
