This is a picture of Sonic the Hedgehog tied up and helpless by some annoying and insane gangsters who work for an organization that is in league with Dr Eggman.
Sonic was trying to look for his best friend Miles Tails Prower who was captured by Dr Eggman's forces. During his search, some gangsters working for Dr Eggman ambushed him and tied him up with ropes. They tied Sonic's arms behind his back, then tied his ankles together, then tied his upper legs together, and then they tied another rope around his body. They put him in a room and had him sit on the floor. The gangsters were planning to hand him over to Dr Eggman in an upcoming date. Usually Sonic is smug and slightly cocky when imprisoned by bad guys, but this time he's annoyed and frustrated by this abduction.
All he has to do is waiting for the rest of his teammates to rescue him while he's tied up and sitting on the ground, before it is too late for him.
