Background/History
She was a young member of her water tribe, Penny was going to be the new queen of the low populated tribe when her father died but before that, the evil sea kingdom murdered all her people and locked her in a cage to entertain the soldiers, they were planning to make her a slave but Penny being able to speak to sea creatures, commanded the animals to attack their kingdom, after destroying the whole kingdom she decided to live on land and form a squad there.
