Character Description
A Hisuian Zoroark often disguised as a mask wearing peddler selling a variety of goods. He spends most of his time studying various methods of crafting. For he believes that creating from Nature allows one to be in tuned with it. Be it; Blacksmithing, Clothing, Jewelry, Potions or even just making a pokéball, he'll find great joy in crafting. Though if he isn't crafting, he'll most likely be playing tricks and causing a little harmless mischief. Going against his species known 'spiteful' nature, and choosing a more friendly approach towards others.
Personality
At first he'll appear as nothing more than your 'shady' seller or nuisance of a pokémon. But he is actually more competent and well-knowing than others think he is. He is quite friendly to others but shows disdain towards thieves or those who abuse crafting for their own destructive agendas. He is pretty much very easy to get along if you don't mind him pulling a prank or two.
Likes/Dislikes
He has a positive affinity towards crafting almost about anything. He'll even express joy upon meeting others who share familiar fondness towards the art.
Though he despises thieves that steal from him and others who create things to destroy. He also has a huge dislike towards the ideas of racial or pokémon type supremacy.
Background/History
He was born due to the result of Human and Pokémon marriage. His Father was a Hisuian Zoroark while his mother was a human. He was raised in a small mountain village renowned for creating sturdy tools other than pokéballs. He spent most of his time balancing between learning the various arts of the craft and fooling around with his illusions. He lived in the village for most of his childhood and when he was old enough, Rai setted out into the world to express his joy for craft. Because of his ghost typing, he has lived through the various events through Hisui and even witnessed it be renamed into Shinnoh. His adventures from there took him to several lands, Specifically to Ransai, where he had settled with a Reshiram. This incident led him to have two children with the legendary white dragon. Though problems occured and he had to take his two children away from Ransai to keep them safe; a decision both Him and his Wife agreed
Though alive in the current generation, he now sets his career in being a maker of special held items to five pokémon an edge in battle.
Relatives/Family
His Mother is long dead and he doesn't keep in contact with his father.
In the current age, he has two Reshiram Children with his Reshiram lover
World/Setting
He comes from the world of Legends Arceus and is alive in the current generation of the Pokémon World. He's been travelling around the world and is stated to even visit places beyond the world like Kamurocho, Kamura, Gransys or Riften in disguise as a human.
Body
Because he is a Hisuian varient of a Zoroark, Rai's fur is gray wit his chest fluff and large hair being a mixture of a wispy like white with red patterns. He is athletically built with a clear muscle definition on his chest. He also has well toned arms and legs.
Though his eyes may look like he has 'jaundice', this is very normal for Rai's species. It let's him see at night.
Clothing
He wears a short sleeved jacket but keeps half of it unbuttoned to show his chest. Rai also wears baggy pants that allow for movement while keep him warm.
Accessories
He keeps an old medallion that has a filigree pattern of his mother and father.
