So, I realize I haven't posted anything here in a long while. Went through a long period of just having major art block and kind of... not feeling great about art and things in general. Decided to try and go for a speedpaint of something a bit simpler to hopefully shake off those bad vibes. Ended up being less of a speedpaint and more of a study on different techniques for rendering fur, turned out ok I think.

Characters are the fox and the guardian spirit from Spirit of the North. That game is totally underrated and more people should check it out, it's quite a different experience from most games.
