FINALLY got this one scanned in after having it for ages. This was done some time ago by https://www.furaffinity.net/user/littlesharkbate when they had originally shipped two of their Nintendo Switches out to me for repairs. (Both needed the charge IC replaced and I completely rebuilt the housing on one) and this was in the box with the consoles! Thanks again! <3
