Took me longh enough sorry, im very bad at descriptions and i don´t have my sona very well stablished yet, all i can say is that im a dark green dragon, medium long tail like your kobold in the img, horns curved to the back with only 1 loop also they are small, dragon feet not humanoid, no ears, a little bit chubby.
