It actually is, in some states and countries! Germany is a good example. It's only illegal when an animal didn't consent or got hurt.

I heard in germany its legal aslong as the animal isn't penetrated aswel. Could be wrong tho. In my country its illigal since 2016 sadly..

When i was 14 my dog seemed to know i was wanting it and i loved and cared for him to the best of my ability. I can confirm he was happy and enjoyed giving me the humpies. Eventualy i let him mate with me out of affection rather then lust. It made him happy so i was more then happy to let him take me
