Anything goes in The Lanes, and that certainly doesn't exclude a rough and tumbly street kid darting about in the roads of would-be Zaun. No way that's a real Hextech gem on his gauntlet and shoulder, right? Nah, it's a knockoff that more embodies Chemtech than anything else, but that doesn't mean Riggles isn't capable of using it to its full potential.
The art, and to an extent, the outfit design were both done by the really nice and super sweet (not)
