An illustration I made highlighting a moment in my recently-published story, where Rita the cat, after a brief chase, eagerly awaits a plump mouse meal to plop into her jaws.
I enjoyed messing around with one-point perspective. In this case (if you've followed the story), this lower-to-the-floor view is meant to be from Bianca's witnessing of this scene. The lamp light projects her partner and husband about to become a cat's late-night dinner, which certainly doesn't bode well for her either!
