A picture myself and Vrika had been hoping to get done for some time, a crew picture of our many characters we have brought to life in a very long running private RP, three years and counting. Please let me introduce the crew here for posterity if nothing else.

From left to right:

Mack (Bull): crew chief load master
Ash (coyote/wolf) tail gunner
Chopper (husky) Navigator
Tallinn (sea-otter) lower ball turret gunner
Sir Vrika MacPherson Wolf: brother of CO, ground crew member, representative of crown
Timothy MacPherson (human): charge of Sir Vrika
Kaden Wilson (whitetail deer): bombardier, medic, back-up pilot.
Justin Patz (human): co-pilot
Goodspeed T. Beiler (border collie): Commanding officer, Pilot

Sir Vrika MacPherson Wolf, Timothy MacPherson and Chopper belong to Vrika Vrika

This amazingly detailed piece were most of these characters are making their first appearance was done by the Very very talented and patient HimeraGoldTail HimeraGoldTail

This picture made me think of this story of "Ye Olde Pub" flown by "Charlie Brown" - a B17 that - having shot up really badly by during its bombing run - after refusing to submit and land was spared and escorted back to the channel by a lone Bf109  that had intercepted - flown by fighter ace Franz Stigler - and made it back to its base in Britain safely.

I assume you are aware of that story, if not, you should definitly look it up :) I think there even is a novel about it.
