As I read, they're ok with everything as long as it's not like illegal stuff, and as payment methods, they don't support withdrawal to Paypal I think, you have to directly withdraw to your bank account. I think they use credit cards only, not sure.

I don't actually know. I've never used it. I do know that more and more people around IB are, and people typically don't use things that are overly cumbersome, complicated, or riddled with peculiarities. At the very least, Subscribestar will let you draw cubs without censorship.
