Page 4: Capitol Wasteland.

Ursalia was once a great capitol city. Built by Hadrian’s army during the Roman conquest of the western world, it now stands rotting. It is in serious disrepair having been almost completely abandoned almost a century ago. The Barbics had taken up residence in one of the least broken down areas, near the entrance to the great library.
