Equestria is in Crisis! Manehattan has been flooded, and Canterlot has been attacked my a mysterious creature. Celestia is in a coma, and the World Defense Coalition is formed with Twilight as the director. S.M.I.L.E. and it's four sister branches work together to restore harmony, all while a new team of creatures form to help discover the culprit(s) behind the attacks and ultimately attempt save the World using the power of an extradimensional mech with a strange inscription - EVA 01.
