After rereading Sonic the Comic, I noticed that Fleetway Sally had a color change of her own.  When Sonic and crew were exploring Labyrinth Zone, her brown fur was yellow.

With this color change in mind, I remembered that the prototype Princess Acorn from the early version of Sonic SatAM also had yellow fur.  So, I decided to have Fleetway Sally dress up as the prototype princess.

Fleetway Sally keeps her yellow fur from Labyrinth Zone, but she also grows a ponytail.  Her pink bow has been replaced with a tiara.  And lastly her dress and toeless shoes comes straight out of the 90s.
