A character I've had in the back of my mind for a long while and might as well use to introduce this account: Joey. Original plan was to have it be that his mother is making him fat against his will, but decided against that with him being willing to be fat and his mother being very supportive.
1. Base look for him, due to his very rapid growth stretch marks litter his belly, with more lighter ones appearing on his legs and arms.
2. Fatter and Fuller. Joey is full of something and is significantly fatter than his base look, what with the deeper stretch marks on his belly.
3. Is going to blow. Joey ate way too much, and is going to blow, either through his belly or his mouth but lets hope it's from his mouth and take cover.
4&5. Stretch markless versions of 1 and 2.
