Chuck and his friends mac it to Pac world, the next place to plant a spike. While there he meets Pac-man, spiral, and cylindria and kinda gets caught in the battle against ghosts and aliens. To his surprise, Spectre is there too, or rather his good self.Turns out Spectre split himself into two beings one good and one bad, and the situation gets worse when the bad Spectre arrives to deal with Chuck himself.
So bad spectre is called phantom spectre and good spectre is just, spectre. Good spectre actually grows close to cylndria, in a kind of will they wont they romance.
Good spectre is very strong but does not attack, just defends. Bad spectre will not fight good spectre because if they touch they will revert back to there original selves.
