This was greatly inspired off of one of stormdragonblue's peices of art.
simpliy my character ends up standing in a living latex puddle, which melted up his body, and encased him in a stretchy latexy suit. Apparently the blob behind him is to blame for this, but I don't think he'll mind at all having his arms bound to his sides in this suit.
