After receiving a mysterious letter Chuck finds himself trapped in a long line of unknown toon worlds. He soon finds out the Phantom organization is causing trouble with there leader Spectre. Its up to him to place ground spikes in each of the worlds invaded by them to stop them from entering said worlds. All the while, Chuck's body begins to go through various transformations, sign that a brand new form is on the horizon.
So every world in this series are worlds from Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and many others across the sea from america.
