One of the side characters in Endo-Stellarz; Queen's Quest

President Dalvikay Jel Terp is the 128th/current president of the Democratic League of Stellarz (DLS). While his ego is so big it's off the chart, it is all squeezed into his tiny, barely a meter tall, yellow body. Even for a Koopew of his age he is miniscule, but his personality would state otherwise.
