So, it's Halloween time for the Paw Patrol Pups ! Costumes were discussed, but Rocky was a lot about reusing and recycling, so he took Loupy's Far West uniform and decided to update it to a full Halloween costume. So here is Loupy ready for the trick or treat and not really happy, especially of the little face on his butt, like a target for spanking. Let's see what happens then ? But one cutie face and one thick diaper seems to be the way of the pup.
