Leelee is a small hybrid piranha species known as "Land Piranha" he is a short tempered little guy with a big heart, as it may not seem like it, he does have a soft side that he really doesn't show much, as he chooses to be feisty as he says that it makes him look "intimidating". he also has a rare ability to control nothing but smoke, literally just clouds of smoke, which is actually very useful in many ways as his arms are made of smoke aswell.
