WARNING: PORN IS NOT REAL LIFE! Any buttstuff that you’ve seen illustrated is pure fantasy. Pornos never show all the preparation needed to simply just have anal sex. So treat your ass with some respect, or else you will end up hurting yourself and making a mess. Use common sense, don’t put anything in your ass that you can’t easily get out, be hygienic, use a condom, know your limits, etc. Also, using very large enemas throughout an entire day, or doing them daily for extended periods of time can lead to digestive issues or even water poisoning.

Preparation
The primary factor in how easy it will be to clean your butt will be your diet, especially if you decide to do fasting (not eating for a specific time frame). In order to get fully clean, you want to have as little material in your guts as possible.
For this reason, fasting for 24 hours prior to a session is highly recommended. If fasting is too troublesome, eating healthier and lighter prior to buttstuff will also cut down on prep time a lot. Think soup and salads, not McDonald’s. Psyllium husk is a supplement you can try if you are still having difficulty.
If at all possible, avoid enema bulbs and shower hoses. Enema bulbs are hard to clean, hard to get all the water out, and prone to shooting air into your butt. Shower hoses are more popular, but they have some significant downsides. Most shower hoses have tips not designed with penetration in mind, and you can only guess how much water you are putting inside yourself. Not to mention all the hassle and added complexity of trying to get the water pressure just right, and of course lack of portability and the need for a shower.
I very much recommend you find an enema syringe, especially one with a hose attachment. In fact, go to Amazon right now and buy a enema syringe once you are done reading this. They are the best tool for the job, and trust me, I have tried them all. They are cheap, dead simple to clean and use, and are least likely to spill. You can be very precise and consistent with how much water you use, and control the flow to your liking. Enema syringes are not only portable, they can also be used anywhere and in whatever position you find most comfortable. And of course, you can eliminate all air inside the syringe, leading to less farts. Let me save you the trouble of trial and error: your search is over, get an enema syringe. I recommend one that's 500ml and comes with a hose attachment

Deciding Enema Volume
When deciding the size of your enema, ask yourself a few questions:
How long do you want to play with your butt? How deep do you plan to go? How much of a risk of encountering poop are you willing to take? How much food have you ate recently? Have you pooped recently? What does your previous experience tell you about the state of your colon?
These questions are all important, and highly individualized. Everyone is different, and some people require more or less water depending on these various factors. I have even met those who happily enjoyed buttstuff with little to no enema usage, but this is rare. Here we will go over the difference between small and large enemas.
There are generally two sections of your bowels which you will interact with during buttstuff, the rectum and the lower colon. The rectum is where 90% of anal penetration occurs, and is the first chamber of your butt. Smaller enemas are target the rectum only, as it is relatively separated from the rest of your colon. Further up past the rectum is your lower colon, which is where poop is stored just before it moves into the rectum. Larger enemas clean not only the rectum, but the lower colon as well.
Smaller enemas (100ml-200ml) are recommended for those who value saving time and only want to have a 1-2 hour session without inserting things too deep. These volumes are also recommended for those who have fasted in preparation for buttstuff, or simply have more forgiving bowels. While smaller enemas are not foolproof, for those willing to experiment and find out what works for them, it can very much be worth it.
Larger enemas are recommended for those who value minimizing the risk of making a mess as much as possible, as well as those who want to make large insertions or have long sessions. Of course, if you have not fasted or have ate heavily prior to a session, large enemas are also recommended. Naturally, larger enemas clean more of your butt, but they also take much longer. In my experience, I tend to always take large enemas, since they make me feel cleaner, more confident, and allow me to play longer.
Large enemas should be about 300-500ml to clean your rectum and lower colon leading into it. Yes, that's a lot of water, and it can be uncomfortable, especially if you have not fasted and thus have a lot of material to clean. But I find that using less water is just more of a hassle for me.
Some people will go all out with massive 1-2 liter enemas with the intention of cleaning their entire colon. This is so they will be free to engage in spontaneous buttstuff for 24-48 hours or make very deep insertions. However, this is outside of the scope of my guide, and is impractical for anyone other than the most seasoned anal veterans. It is vastly time consuming and wholly unnecessary for beginners.

How to Use an Enema
Do not rush preparation! If you do not follow the steps correctly, and hurry too quickly, there is a risk of dirty water getting stuck in your colon before you can properly expel it. You don't want to be surprised by the horror show in store when it works its way down mid-session.
If you are having trouble expelling the entire enema, changing positions can help. I find that squatting more forward and raising my legs to help when on the toilet. As silly as it sounds, you can actually agitate any stuck water by jumping up and down, shaking side to side, or massaging your belly.
You may experience some discomfort as the water begins clearing any blockages, but this only lasts a few seconds.
Here are the steps for using enemas:
1. Try to take a normal poop if you can.
2. Fill your syringe with room temperature water.
3. Lube your butt and the tip of the enema. Now gently insert the enema, and begin slowly filling yourself up.
4. Once you finish the previous step, expel as much of the enema as you can.
5. Repeat the previous steps until the enema water comes out clear and odorless. Try to be as consistent as possible with the volume of water in each enema. You are basically trying to wash the same length of your colon with each pass. Using more water will reach farther up your colon, and introduce more material into previously cleaned guts when it comes back down.
6. Wait about 30 minutes or until you feel the need to use the bathroom again.
7. You should now be able to expel whatever settled in your rectum during the previous step. If this comes out smelly or brown, go back and start at Step 2. If it’s clear and odorless, you’re ready! If you cannot expel any more water after waiting, you may either proceed with caution or repeat these steps again.
Depending on the size of your enema and the state of your bowels, preparation can keep you clean anywhere from 2-8 hours. The amount of time you have to play can only really be gauged by experience, so be warned.
Also note: your butt creates its own natural lubricant to assist in making bowel movements. On its own, it looks like spit and is slimy. When you clean your butt, not only do you flush out the poop, but also your butt’s natural lubricant. Your butt will eventually replenish itself with anal juice over time, so don’t be alarmed if what comes out of your butt during step 6 looks clean and smells okay but clearly isn’t just water. Your butt’s lubricant is perfectly sanitary as long as its already clean.

Getting Started
A word on lubricant—the expression “there is no such thing as too much lube” gets passed around a lot, but I personally think it’s false. Using too much lube makes your butt too slippery to feel anything, but also means excess lube being left in your colon afterwards. This can make for some very awkward lube farts, even into the next day.
Find a good water based lubricant and only apply enough to keep make things smooth and comfortable. Water based lube is good on everything, and will eventually dissolve inside your butt if left inside, so it’s 100% safe to use and even consume orally. Food safe oils like coconut oil can be used as well, with the benefit of being thin and long lasting. However, oils are very hard to wash off, can stain cloth, and can be hazardously slippery if it lands on the ground (especially in the shower).
You want to go into this feeling relaxed. If your body is all tensed up, anything you put inside your butt will feel very uncomfortable, no matter how much lube you use. So be sure to take it slow at first. Start with a well lubed finger, and gradually work your way up. Use your fingers to stretch and feel around your insides. Once you can comfortably insert three fingers all the way in, you should be ready for an average sized penis or toy.

Other Tips
The biggest piece of advice I have for enjoying buttstuff is to make sure you are in the mood for it! Your brain is your most sensitive sex organ, so keep that in mind as you go further. The more aroused you are during anal, the easier it will be to enjoy yourself, and the less likely you will be to panic or tense up during any discomfort. I personally recommend trying to get yourself pent up and horny through edging or orgasm denial, especially in the days leading up to buttstuff.
There are many ways to maintain arousal during buttstuff. For couples, you know the score: foreplay, dirty talk, roleplaying, drugs and whatever freaky stuff gets you two in the mood. For solo sessions, porn is an obvious choice. Fantasizing is great as well, especially when you splurge on a toy in the shape of that one specific creature you always wanted inside of you. Also consider just enjoying the act in and of itself! A good mirror to look at your butt during the action can be very exciting. Or you may simply want to indulge all those lewd thoughts that swirl through your head while doing something naughty.
Be sure to try new things so you can find what feels the best for you. Fucking yourself with a dildo is good for experiencing that unique sensation of buttsex. Others like the feeling of being full, or having something jiggling around inside their butt. In that case, buttplugs and anal beads can be fun. Some prefer the feeling of being stretched, and focus on toys with a wide width or using just their fingers. Prostate massagers and vibrators can be stimulating as well. Have fun exploring, and enjoy figuring out your own preferences.
The first several times you do buttstuff, it may feel a bit weird. It may seem closer to the feeling of needing to take a poop than something actually pleasurable. You may even feel like you need to pee. This is completely natural. However, the more often you use your butt, the more your brain will associate the feelings of anal stimulation with arousal. If your mind is still having trouble, practice “pooping out" your toy, watching it happen, smelling it and seeing how clean it is. Maybe even put it in your mouth. This will help your brain understand that you can feel a similar sensation to using the bathroom without actually doing so.
Some people only enjoy anal if they play with their genitals as well, and that’s perfectly fine! Buttstuff greatly enhances the overall pleasure of masturbation, and this is the easiest way to reach orgasm with a partner or when just starting off.

Anal Orgasms
To many people, having an anal orgasm comes naturally from regular play. For others, it seems out of reach. You do not need to be able to have an anal orgasm to fully enjoy buttstuff, and most people simply rely on masturbating to cum.
But, there are certain things you may want to keep in mind if an anal orgasm is something you really want to experience. The most important tips have already been covered in the previous section, but here is a list of specific points if you want to train yourself for anal orgasms.
The higher your arousal, the easier it is to orgasm. This tip is pretty self explanatory. If you have ever heard of someone jizzing in their pants or having a wet dream, you don’t need me to tell you that higher arousal makes you more sensitive to orgasming. Edging and orgasm denial is highly effective in my experience.
Do not focus on building towards an orgasm. Everyone reacts differently to buttstuff, and there is no guarantee you can even experience an anal orgasm. Worse, focusing on that elusive goal will just distract you and cause frustration. Stay relaxed, keep experimenting, and learn to enjoy yourself!
Practice as much as you can. Again, do not force yourself and keep the previous tips in mind. However, the more often you give your butt attention, the more overall success and pleasure you will get from each session, and any future sessions after that.
Focus your attention on your butt. Many people find that prioritizing their butt and forgetting their other erogenous zones is what helps them achieve orgasm. This can be done through intentionally ignoring your genitals, using clothes to cover them up, or getting a chastity device.
Try to stimulate your prostate (for guys). Most people know about the mythical prostate orgasm. The prostate is located just behind your groin, and approximately between your penis and anus. It feels like a small lump of tightness about a finger’s length into your butt, on the side closest to your crotch. Focusing on this area is important to having an anal orgasm for lots of guys, so try it out.
Through much experimentation, I have compiled my own comprehensive guide to buttstuff. Includes tips and guides on prep, getting started, enjoying your journey, and even working towards anal orgasms. Please enjoy responsibly.
