Well I'm a guy actually, and it's pretty simple, on the top of the page do you see "ACCOUND/POST/LOGOUT"? click on "post" and the rest is self explanatory!

Just call me Eclispe, thats my OC character's name and when I click regular submission and then I get to the thumbnail file and the free file thing what do I do?

Hey there Eclispe ;)

Click on the 'browse' button and choose the file you wanna upload, no need to select a thumbnail if you wanna use the regular pic anyway, and click 'upload'!
