A while after seeing Zootopia for the first time, and seeing that the creators believed that there could be cities in the same setting focused around birds and reptiles, I decided to take a stab at commissioning one! This here is Lieutenant Jesse Jaymeson of the Feathersburg Police Department. Spirited despite his small size, Jesse is friendly, positive, and determined, wanting to prove that songbirds can be just as capable as birds of prey (much like a certain rabbit police officer we all know.) This does, however, make him reckless, as he overestimates his speed and often rushes in without thinking.
