Looks like Bonnie caught up to reunite with her big brother Clemont and began to TF him into a Shinx after he picked her up and got her ready to get her diaper changed. As Clemont realizes what happened, he ends up letting an involuntary spark that makes his backpack diaper him as he fully becomes a baby Shinx. At least the two siblings are happy to have so much bonding time cuddling and filling their diapers now.
