Brok the investiGator himself meets the Komodo Brothers at the Refuge Village for Mutants, but why are they naked and why is Brok in Crash Bandicoot's universe to begin with? Well funny story really.
During his adventure, Brok suddenly got trapped in this dimension for some reason, and has to find a way back home and continue his job.
Later, he skinny dipped because he wanted a bath, but his clothes got stolen when he wasn't looking, naked and embarrassed, Brok now has to find his clothes AND a way back to his universe. He later found his hat, yet not the rest of his clothing.
Much later, he met the Komodo Brothers Joe and Moe, who, like Brok, lost their clothes as well. Yet they know where the hidden village for refugee mutants are, where they entered later on.
When they're at the village, Brok learns the locals here see clothing as optional accessories like makeup and jewelry since they started off not wearing clothes as ordinary animals before being mutated by the Evolvo-Ray, invented by one of Dr. Cortex's colleagues Dr. N. Brio, who also mutated the Komodo Brothers.
The head of this village is Hope Quokka while it was founded by Crash, Coco, and Crunch five years ago. Even though Moe and Joe don't live in this village nor work there either yet they took Brok here since it is known for taking in homeless or troubled mutants even though Brok isn't a mutant himself since where he's from anthropomorphic animals replaced humans. Moe and Joe would be helping Brok find a way back home.

Oh, the female Bandicoot here is my Crash Bandicoot OC Nozomi Akiko, who is in one of her forms as a Bandicoot since she has the ability to shape-shift into any mutated animal or creature she'll be. This is a preview of one of her forms too.
